Terms & Conditions

All drawings are done to a particular style of the artist. Please note that these are not realistic and are drawn/painted in a fashion style, focusing more on outfits, accessories and hair rather than the person themselves.

No refunds or revisions will be provided based on stylistic preferences.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the event cost is required to make a booking, the rest is required 4 weeks before the day. If you decide to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable but I will refund any additional payments.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If the event is rescheduled, the artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, however it is not guaranteed.

If the client decides to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable but if any other payments have been made they will be refunded.

If the artist cancels the booking, the client will be refunded in full.

The client must provide an adequate space for the artist to work comfortably.

The artist is not responsible for delays caused by poor working conditions.

The service will be provided for the agreed number of hours as per the selected package.

The number of illustrations completed will depend on factors such as complexity and event flow. The artist does not guarantee a specific number of illustrations.

Guests will be painted in order of who gets their photo taken first. However, if the event is a wedding, the artist will prioritise the wedding party — grooms, bridesmaids, parents and grandparents of the bride(s) and/or groom(s) — provided the artist is aware who these guests are.

The artist reserves the right to cease work without refund if they feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or subject to inappropriate behaviour.

The artist is based in Hertfordshire and is happy to drive 50 miles without extra charge from her base. After 50 miles, 50p is added for each mile. This is added as an additional fee at payment.

The artist retains the right to photograph and share artwork and event images for portfolio and marketing purposes. The client can revoke permission at any time up to 20 days after the event.

The artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond their control.

By paying the booking fee, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
